FREE domestic shipping for orders $35 & up

$3.50 flat rate domestic shipping for orders below $35

We ship USPS:

First Class Mail ~ expect 3-7+ working days transit time ~ prices above

Priority Mail ~ expect 2-5+ working days transit time ~ $8.00

Priority Express ~ guaranteed 1-2 working days transit time ~ $25.50

Tracking is included with every package at no cost to you.

Shop Production Times are not included in shipping transit time estimates.  Almost all of my pieces can be ready to ship 1 to 3 working days after ordered with the exception of hand forged chains which generally take 1 to 2 weeks.

Returns

I have an open return policy, I want you to love your jewelry but if you don’t you can return it for any reason for an exchange or refund. Custom items are only returnable if approved and will incur a restock fee.

~ Contact me within 14 days of receipt of your order

~ Item must be unworn and in original condition

~ Pack your item so that no damage can occur during shipping, it’s best to use the packaging it came in or similar.  Please add tracking and consider insurance which protects you in case of shipping problems.

Jewelry Warranty

Real life happens, right? If you receive a defective item or you damage your jewelry I'll get you taken care of! if you've had your jewelry longer than 60 days I may ask for a repair/replacement fee and shipping to be prepaid.
