Yes, I have an open return policy, I want you to love your jewelry but if you don’t you can return it for any reason for an exchange or refund. Custom items are only returnable if approved and will incur a restock fee.
Conditions:
~ Contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order
~ Item must be unworn and in original condition
How to return:
~ Once you've contacted me and we've agreed on an exchange or refund I'll supply you the return address.
~ Pack your item so that no damage can occur during shipping, it’s best to use the packaging it came in or similar. Please add tracking and consider insurance which protects you in case of shipping problems.
~ If I made a mistake on your order (wrong item sent, defective part) I will message you a prepaid return label.
Warranty
Real life happens, right? If you receive a defective item or you damage your jewelry I'll get you taken care of! Depending on the circumstances I may ask for a repair/replacement fee and shipping (for instance if you've had your jewelry longer than 60 days).
